Reloadable Cartidges:
Features a functional cartridge loading mechanism that can accomodate several types of payloads. There are cartridge cores for foam darts and 6mm BB's.
 
Pneumatic Payload Delivery:
If printed at full scale, the Railgun has an easy to assemble C02 delivery system that can fire cartridge payloads or produce a vapor firing effect. The system is trigger operated and can accomodate several sizes of C02 cartridges. There is a built in C02 Cartridge Port for easy reloading.
 
LED Accomodations:
There are several large cavities built into the Raigun in order to reduce weight and provide locations for remote control LED String Lights that can provide a glowing effect.
 
Interlocking Assembly:
Designed to be printed in multiple interlocking parts that ensures a secure assembly that can be put together and taken apart without the need for adhesive. Seams have been hidden where all possible and placed in a way to reduce the chance of stress fractures.
 
Multiple Build Options:
Several options have been included for the bottom row of "teeth", due to the weight of the forward end of the railgun and the thin walls near the cartridge loading mechanism. While design considerations were taken to strengthen the stress concentrations, these additional physical support are recommended to reduce the risk of snapping.
These options include stylized struts as well as "energy rings" which have channels leading into the LED cavities to add a glowing effect.

I have personally printed this model and made many iterations to ensure the best possible product with focuses on printability, accuracy, and ease of assembly.
