Major Features

Build your own Helmet

This helmet comes with 7 separate attachments as well as an easy-change visor system that will allow you to mix and match different helmet configurations on the fly. Every part of this helmet is sliced in a way that there are no seams to be filled and sanded. Each small detail and panel are printed separately to allow for easy painting/decal application so that you can mix and match different color combos/camos before committing to a final color scheme. All the pieces fit together like a 3D puzzle that has come to be my signature style with these multi-part builds

To see all of the attachments, as well as a closer look at the Commando helmet as a whole, you can download a demo version of the model as well as all my other models below

Magnetic Neck Assembly
The back of the neck is attached with 10x3mm disk magnets so that the users head can be inserted before closing the helmet itself. This allows the helmet to be a much more reasonable size as the user doesn't have to try and slip their head past the Commando's narrow throat.
The helmet as-is has a 610mm neck circumference and a 678mm forehead circumference. So you can use those dimensions to determine whether the helmet as-is will fit or if you need to scale to your head.

Easy-Change Visor System.

The face plate of the design comes with a smooth rectangular groove that allows you to slide in any flexible rectangular sheet to act as your visor. Once the faceplate slides into the main bucket of the helmet, the visor will be locked in place, no glue or tape required.

I utilized a flexible mirrored sheet to act as my visor. After the success of this slide-in design for my previous EOD helmet design, I decided to use it for this helmet as well.

Wide Attachment Selection

This helmet features the standard HUL attachments, the HUL[3] variant of that attachment that comes with the standard Commando helmet, the CNM attachment and some extra cat ears that I added for fun :)

All the side helmet attachments attach using side rods that attach through a side plate. There are two options for the side plate, one that contains holes to accommodate the attachment rods and one without.

That Cat Ears replace the top clips on the Commando helmet and are inspired by the Cat Ear attachments from Halo Infinite

UA Update

Since my initial release of the helmet, I have had several requests to include the UA visor attachment. I finally got around to crafting that free upgrade for everyone who had previously purchased the Commando Helmet. Additionally, I thought to myself why stop at one UA attachment? I added an option to include a UA visor with additional UA attachment, because one can never be too tacticool.

The new UA visor is perfectly interchangeable with the original brim.

CBRN Update
I have recently added the CBRN in conjnction the magnetic assembly update. The CBRN attaches to a unique set of mouth vents that utilize 20mm disk magnets.

The Cannisters themselves also screw in to the helmet

Personalized Commission

This helmet was a design commission from a client. If there is a prop you would like to see me make, you too can email me about your design inquiry. Because I will sell the model on my website after the design, it will be cheaper than you think!
