Seamless Multi-Part Design:
This sword was sliced along natural seam lines where possible and design to fit together using interlocking pins and geometry.
Where seams are unavoidable, their placement reduces the visible seam profile and makes for less overall sanding.
 
The sword was designed to fit around a 4.5 ft x .5 in dowel for added stability. 6ft x .5 in dowels can be found commonly at hardware stores and cut down to size.

This sword is designed to print on printers with ~250mm^3 build volume
 
This sword is scaled to be accurate to Magik's listed height and as she appears in Marvel Rivals. The full sword comes out at 5 ft long.
