Major Features
 
Blade
Each piece of the blade comes with large alignment features that works to ensure that the pieces are joined accurately and in such a way to minimize flexing on the blade. The alignment holes also feature some draft at the end to ensure that none of the blade pieces require supports.
 
Blade Tip Guard
This sword comes with a blade tip guard that allows you to clamp the sword together when glueing in such a way that will prevent your clamp from damaging the blade tip and ensure you are getting accurate longitudinal compression.
 
 
Cross & Cross Arms
The Cross Guard of the sword is broken up into one central "cross" and two arms. These two pieces are joined by their own set of alignment pegs. Little to no supports required depending on your printer settings. The Central Cross piece features an insertion point for the Hilt and it features the external attachment point for the blade.
 
Hilt
The hilt features the demonic inscription from the show. It also fits neatly into the Cross Guard and the Pommel
 
Pommel
The Pommel features the Demon Tooth and Tooth Casing as two separate pieces for easier painting. Fit with each other and the hilt very easily.
 
Minimalist Wall Mount
Some wall mounts were included in the model as well and were designed to accommodate small drywall screws. The mounts included were designed with the intent of mounting the sword vertically by the inside of the cross.
