Fully Integrated Rigging System:
Each piece of the phobos armor comes with hidden channels through which to pass through straps in order to fasten each piece comfortably and securely to your body.
Spacious internal cavities allow for your preferred combination of foam padding/straps to ensure that you are wearing your armor and not the other way around.
The most integral piece is the back shell, which has large channels through which to form a "back pack", this will allow you to securely attach the back plate and by extension, the power pack to your torso and prevent any unwanted movement. The front chest plate can then be taken on and off this back plate at will.

Helmet Design Features:
The helmet features a multi-part, hidden seam design that allows you to assemble the helmet without the need for glue. This allows you to verify a good fit before committing to the final build.
The helmet comes with a template for how to cut a flat sheet of your preferred visor material to fit inside the main crown of the helmet.
The helmet also features a magnetically attached neck to easily take the helmet on and off.
 
The face plate can also be removed and replaced as it utilizes a friction fit impressions that allow you to flex the smaller, thinner face plate into place. If additional security is desired, the common pin used throughout the helmet can also secure the face plate into place.
 
This face plate as well as the rebreathers have alternate variants to allow for various customization options including a Reiver Face Plate.
 
For the brow studs, there is a printable template included to allow you to accurately glue them to your helmet

Lastly, the helmet features a sizing ring that represents the narrowest part of the helmet (the cheeks where the side tubes  enter the helmet). This sizing ring can be printed to ensure your head will fit inside the helmet.
 
Modular Shoulder System:
The iconic, large shoulder pauldrons come with two different mounting options. The first features numerous integrated strap channels similar to the rest of the armor.
The second features a mounting frame fully integrated into the bicep plate. This frame mounts the shoulder to this frame via three large printable bolts. This allows the pauldron to be removed and replaced as desired.

This mounting system is shared by every shoulder plate across my variety of armor sets, so every shoulder plate is compatible with every other armor set.
 
Power Pack:
The Power Pack features magnetically fastened access panels on top that allow for you to access the internal cavity of the power pack. This power pack also leads into the torso armor cavity. This cavity also leads to the open vents and side jets. This allows for endless possibilities for additions like fans, lights, smoke machines etc.
The Jet Block of the power pack slides on and off the bottom body and is fastened by 16 printable pins. The entire power pack itself is fastened to the back plate by 12 large, printable pins, to ensure the back pack is securely attached but removable for maintenance.

The Phobos variant of the armor also comes with an antennae plate that can be mounted to the access panels using standard nuts/bolts of your choosing. Specific sizes are mentioned in the build guide.
 
Articulated Boot:
The armored boot features a Heel Plate and Sabatton that rotate about the ankle joints to allow a degree of rotation in the ankles of the armored boot. This increases comfort and ease-of-movement as well as a majority of the boots' pieces being attached together and suspended firmly from the calf head. 
 
 
Ornamentation:
Generic Shoulder Plates, Power Pack and Chest Ornamentation are included as well as a variety of chapter specific emblems that I have left over from other builds. If you want any chapter specific additions, contact me for a commission.
 
Designed for Printers of All Sizes:
Most of the pieces shown have multiple different printing options. Larger pieces have sliced options that split the pieces for printers with volumes as small as 250^3 mm.
This assumes you are printing at 100% scale. Additionally this armor is scaled to a 6ft person.
