Modular Helmet Design:
The Guardsman helmet features a modular design that allows for the addition/removal of cheek guards and a faceplate. Additionally there are slots on either side to allow for the mounting of side attachments. 
 
A printable sizing ring is include to show represent the inner profile of the helmet to assist in sizing the helmet to your head. 
 
Easy-Insert Visor Tabs:
A printable visor template is included to help you cut out a reflective visor out of the reflective material of your choice (recommendations in the build guide). 
Tabs in the face shield allow you to insert the visor into the face shield without the need of adhesives or fasteners.

Integrated Rigging Systems:
All of the armor pieces feature integrated rigging channels to all you to easily and comfortably secure the entire armor set to your body utilizing a variety of nylon straps.

The chest plate and back plate are meant to be buckled together with belts and strap and feature some alignment features on the interface to help keep them aligned once tightened. The abdominal plate also straps into the torso to allow a degree of flexibility.
 
Designed for Printers of All Sizes:
This armor's default scale is designed to fit a 6ft or 1.82m person's frame.
The following printer volume constraints consider this scale.
Larger pieces have sliced options that split the pieces for printers with volumes as small as 250^3 mm. These sliced versions come with additional alignment pegs that can be printed to assist in the gluing process and add some rigidity across the seam.
